I don't know if anyone will be around to catch that I have updated this page after over a year or so of not doing so. Oh well, I'll go ahead and do it anyways. Soooooooooo...what have I done with myself in the last year.

I actually WON the playwriting contest I entered, to which I am still amazed. I thought my teacher was pulling my leg when she told me. Anyways, it got performed in a real theatre and then later in another theatre in Chicago (Woohoo)!

However, this was not a contest that I got any prize money for and so I had to get a summer job, which was an adventure. 14 hour days, no breaks (which I'm pretty sure is illegal nowadays) and all the trash audits you can handle (as a busboy I had to essentially dig through trash to make sure no utensils, plates, or unopended butters were accidentally thrown out. Incidentally, you may want to use caution when using butters at a restaurant.

I repeatedly changed what I what to try to be later in life. I'm currently looking at the FBI.

I recently decided to write to Queen Elizabeth to ask for knighthood. I realize that this is about a one in a million shot, but the idea of being a knight is so freakin' worth it.

I became "associate editor" of my school's newspaper. I find this to be a little wierd since my goal seems to be to curb some of the editor's more irrational tendencies.

I have been writing, but I have learned that I seem to always hit a 2-chapter road block. I don't think in one story I have gotten past a second chapter. I don't really know why this is but it just seems to happen that way.

Hopefully I'll start to update this more, but then again I tend to say things like that alot. Oh well, here's to hoping.
